Our journey kicks off along the stunning beach promenade that borders Matagorda Beach. Known for its expansive golden sands and laid-back vibe, this area is ideal for a leisurely walk. As we make our way down the promenade, you’ll be treated to breathtaking ocean views on one side and a variety of inviting shops, bars, and restaurants on the other.
A unique highlight of this walk is the chance to watch planes land at the nearby Lanzarote Airport. The airport’s proximity means you can see planes gliding in low as they approach the runway—a thrilling contrast to the otherwise tranquil surroundings.
Continuing our walk, we’ll pass through a lively area filled with a mix of restaurants, cozy cafes, and boutique shops. It’s a great spot to take a break, enjoy a meal, or browse for souvenirs before moving on.
